Collection of Samples for Analysis

Wine analysis is a great and useful tool in modern winemaking, it can detect potential problems and help prevent problems from developing. This is our lab, and the results it generates can tell us all sorts of important information about the wine. This is a very common task in the winery and you may be asked to collect samples from the winery. This video explains our method.

This video was made in-house by our cellar hands, to give an overview of how to complete the task. However, more in depth training will be provided for any new staff.
