House Rules

  • Spring Creek Vintners has a strict no drugs or alcohol policy at work.

  • Spring Creek Vintners Limited is a non-smoking workplace.

  • Please be on time for work, it is unfair on your workmates if you are late.

  • The office should be notified immediately of absenteeism due to sickness or annual leave. During vintage, nightshift should notify their supervisor.

  • All employees must clock out if leaving the site during work hours and clock back in once back on site. Employees must notify the office and their supervisor if leaving site during work hours.

  • No running in the winery.

  • No phones in the winery production area.

  • All staff need to report any evidence of unsafe or out of specification product or materials to production winemaker before carrying on with production.

  • All paperwork to be handed to the Operations Desk as soon as completed.

  • All fittings and hoses to be returned clean and sanitized to their designated storage areas when finished with.

  • All food needs to stay in the lunchroom or in the designated outside dining area. As this food may contain potential allergens it is important that this food does not enter the production area.

  • You are required to wash your hands thoroughly before entering the production area after consuming food, or visiting the toilets.

  • All employees are responsible for keeping the lunchroom and toilets clean and tidy.
